Breathe in Aromatherapy for Productivity and Peace

Aromatherapy includes using essential oils to soothe stress through scent and can be a powerful tool to boost productivity. You can choose from such great flavors as peppermint and lavender, and I have found a diffuser to be very effective in spreading the scent around my office. Do you use aromatherapy already?
